Exchange and Return Policy

 

At My Toscana, your trust and satisfaction are the foundation of our brand. We select each piece for its quality and unique design, and we want your shopping experience to be as perfect as our products.

We understand that buying online, especially clothing, involves a decision without trying on. Therefore, we will create a flexible policy so you can shop with complete peace of mind, knowing we are here to help if your choice is not ideal.


Your Options - Flexibility First


If, for any reason, your purchase did not meet your expectations, you have up to 14 days after receiving the order to contact us and choose one of the following solutions:


1. Exchange (Our Recommended Option)


Different Size or Color: The size wasn't perfect? Prefer another color? We make it easy to exchange for the same item, size, or color. To make the process simpler, the shipping of the new item is on us.

Exchange for Another Product: Fell in love with another piece from our collection? You can exchange it for any other item in stock. If the value is higher, you will only pay the difference. If it is lower, we will issue a store credit for the remaining amount.


2. Store Credit (The Most Advantageous Option)


Not sure what you want to exchange for? Choose to receive the full value of your purchase as a Store Credit, with no expiration date. As a thank you for your trust, we will add a 10% bonus to your credit to use on your next purchase.


3. Refund (Return)


If you prefer a return, we will proceed with a full refund of the product value. The refund will be processed to your original payment method after receipt and inspection of the item. Please note that, in this case, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, which is a common practice to ensure the sustainability of our service.


Conditions for Exchange or Return


So that we can give our pieces a new home, we only ask that the item you want to return meets the following conditions:


It must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of use, washing, or alteration.

All original tags must be intact and attached to the item.

It should be returned, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

 

Note: In case of a rare manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. In these situations, all shipping costs associated with the exchange or return will, of course, be our responsibility.
